Alejo Muniz: Living For Today

Finding composure after getting knocked off Tour

There’s no denying Alejo Muniz has what it takes to be a World Tour surfer. He first cracked into the Top 34 back in 2011, and it wasn’t until the beginning of 2015 year that he found himself back on the ‘QS grind. He helped turn the first Brazilian world title dreams into reality by knocking out both Slater and Fanning at the 2014 Pipe Masters, but he still found himself in a dark place when re-qualification slipped away from his grasp. Now he finds himself poised and composed with a greater sense of appreciation for what he once had, and he wants it back. Watch as he explains this all himself, and then goes on to obliterate every wave in this edit.
