Frankie Harrer first found herself gripping on to the rope behind Raimana’s jet ski at Teahupo’o when she was 16. Now, two years later, Harrer is back whipping into Tahiti’s famous reef wave. For a young, lightweight woman from California, she sure seems comfortable setting up and pulling into one of the most fear-inducing barrels in the world.
