Kai Lenny Surfed the Eddie Invitational Then Rushed Home to Surf (And Do a Few Airs At) Maxing Jaws

Kai Lenny has a level of energy that us mere mortals could never tap into. Just after finishing 5th in the 10th Annual Eddie Aikau Invitational on Jan. 22nd, the big-wave madman rushed home to Maui because the waves bombarding Jaws were turned up to an 11 and–because surfing maxing Waimea Bay isn’t enough for one weekend–he wanted a piece of the action.

Of course, he scored what he described as “some really fun” tow days and landed a few cheeky airs like it was no big deal.
